Please include the packing slip inside the shipping box with your defective item. If it is not included within the package, it may cause processing delays or refusal at our warehouse. If reusing another shipping box for the return shipment, please make sure to remove or cover old shipping labels or stickers. Note: You must use this return label within 30 days.
Once we have the replacements in stock at our warehouse, we will ship the correct item out to you.
