Thanks to those of you who brought it to our attention that the regular Capture Kit was shipped instead of the Pro Capture Kit, and our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. We have placed an order for replacement pro kits with the vendor and should receive them in our warehouse next week. We have a few options for how we can proceed from here. |
1) Swap for correct unit (we will issue a prepaid return label and ship out the replacement once our warehouse confirms receipt of inventory) |
2) Return for refund (we will issue a prepaid return label) |
3) If you would like to keep the unit received, we can process a $10 partial refund |
Please let us know your preference by replying to this email by end of day Monday January 16th. If we do not hear back, we will default to option 3. |
