3번 옵션은 그냥 잘못 오더한 regular Capture Kit을 받고, 대신 10달러짜리 부분 환불 해드린다는거같아요.
1월 16일까지 이 이메일로 답신하셔서 1~3번중에 고르셔야되고
16일까지 연락이 없으시면 3번 옵션, 그러니까 regular Capture Kit + 10달러 환불로 진행한다고 하네요. -

Please include the packing slip inside the shipping box with your defective item. If it is not included within the package, it may cause processing delays or refusal at our warehouse. If reusing another shipping box for the return shipment, please make sure to remove or cover old shipping labels or stickers. Note: You must use this return label within 30 days.
Once we have the replacements in stock at our warehouse, we will ship the correct item out to you.
